Shady Park Self Storage Refund Policy: All rent is due on the anniversary date. If you
have not notified Refund Policy of intent to vacate and/or there is
still a lock on your unit as of the anniversary date, full rent is due for that
month. Rent will be pro-rated for move-outs only if notice is given at the time
rent is paid in advance of the due date. If the tenant moves out mid-month
without giving that prior notice, the tenant agrees to pay a full month's rent.
In the event your account is overcharged due to an entry error, Shady Park Self Storage will refund your account within 10 days of being notified of
the discrepancy. Units are rented on a prepaid basis; therefore, there is not a
refund for storage space provided.
